Default Hot Rod Jag

Thought this XKE was...interesting. I like the leaper popping out of the hood-cool effect. It is lumped with a 327 small block chevy, would be cooler with a V12, but a 327 is a nifty high revving power plant too.

What's your vote, yea or nay?

You sure about a 327. I dont ever remember valve covers like that or that wide a block on a small block chevy. It looks closer to a 427 ford to me. But i love it either way, great can am look

I'm not sure what to make of this. Looks pretty Corvettey too me with Jaguar styling cues. Cool looking, maybe, sure but I'm not so sure I like it. Though the Leaper leaping through the bonnet is pretty cool.

I also hope they didn't carve up a real E-Type/XKE for this project and used a C3/C4 Vette instead.

Not a chevy as the distributor is front mounted, and in a vertical position. Not a ford 427 (valve covers too wide, most likely a ford 351 cleveland or ford 429-460.Either way a very nice ride. It has pinch me written all over it.
