battery charged, 12 volts , was driving along, 68.5 mph, and it was if the key was turned off, no hiccup just turned off ,after towed home, next day started up run 10 mins, and as before like the key was turn off, checked all fuses, good, now it turns over but no start, looking for repair manual but no luck yet, have been rip off by look alike, it seems like no fuel pressure , but fuel pumps makes a noise like it is working, she just has 89,642 miles on her , can someone point me in a manual area , or some where, for help, please

It may be that the leads on the battery were loose but you mention that you have charged the battery. So I assume these should be clean and tight.

 

12V is very low, near dead

 

+1. Normal is about 13.8 volts.
