Welcome to the forum, Jay. I hate to break it to you, but just because your water valve may be new...doesn't necessarily mean it actually functions properly. However, forget about that for now, and proceed straightaway to Karl's epic a/c troubleshooting thread. Follow his steps and it will systematically lead you to the problem.

I replaced everything, turned out it was some burnt wires in the harness. Now it blows ice cold

It is likely that you have shorted out your CCM. Here is your best troubleshooting guide:

Did he check the pressures in the system before doing his Tommy Cooper impression?
That would be good info to have. See the attached sheet to help.

Um, how much of the guide have you actually tried? Many people complain it takes days just to read. You may have given yourself away...

Specifically, run the tests in post #2 of the guide to determine if the DCCV is responding properly to command inputs. You can easily do this yourself. You don’t need to pay a mechanic.

If that passes, drive the selected temperature down until LO is displayed. This puts the system in manual mode, and bypasses some of the automatic features. More details in the guide.

The guide was written for the average owner, with minimal tools and no professional help. Don’t just skip around, cherrypicking info and hoping for the best. As previously mentioned, don’t assume your DCCV is good just because it was recently replaced. Test that first and then go from there, based on the current symptoms, not what you think the problem may be.
