Default Brembo brakes retorfit

Hi all!

I know this question had already been asked here, but i didn`t found the exact answer. Could anyone help me please?..

I have 2006 s-type 3.0 (Vin N68640). I have already purchuased a set of 4 str/xjr brembo calipers + set of 4 new discs + full set of new pads. Tried to fit them last weekend, but found out that the calipers wont fit my front vertical links and rear hubs.

So the question is - if i will purchase those parts form 03-05 STR, will i need anything else to replace?

Thanks, Regards.

You're going to need the EPB caliper & cables as well.

This is a pointless exercise as the 3.0 stops very well already.

What about the uprated suspension that goes with the Brembos? You're going to ruin the handling.

Being heavier you're going to cause more troubles.

Performance will be reduced.

20s are going to give a VERY hard ride. The 3.0 is not designed for this at all.
