About 20 years ago, I was an estimator for a sheet metal mfg. firm in northern Orange County CA. I was asked to quote on a similar type of "fan" posing as a supercharger. I turned it down since it was as phony as a $1.75 dollar bill..completely and totally useless...

It looked like snake oil but great for a good laugh at how far the hucksters will go. They offer them for ALL cars. I did read the blurb about it and it only works Wide Open Throttle. The rest of the time it just does nothing. I did ask my brother about it and he has seen them on cars in his shop. He said the fan runs 30-40,000 rpms and if it ran all the time, it would catch the car on fire and burn the little motor up. He said about 2 minutes is max on this junk.

The power required to run a fan of that size to 30000 rpm would exceed the output of your Jaguar's engine, not to mention that it would self destruct at a much lower RPM. This is not much more than a big computer cooling fan.

If you've got a few minutes t spare and can understand Oztraylyun
