Default Engine management light

hi, I have a 2004 2.5 v6 s type, the other day the engine management light came on while driving, I checked the self diagnostic test which gave me these readings
Dtc 9689

Inside rearview mirror motor #2 (horizontal) circuit open

9246

Dim panel potentiometer switch circuit failure (airbag or rear view mirror circuits)

E511

CAN - DATA MIS-MATCH (RECEIVED DATA DOES NOT MATCH EXPECTED)

A879

Tilt down switch circuit open (rear view mirror)

E518

Climate control fault flagged

D900

CAN COMMUNICATION BUS FAULT - RECEIVE ERROR

that looks like the car wasn't running? Needs to be running if so. Also you have 2 codes stored that you need to get with the scanner, those will probably lead to your problem

Ignore them.

They're not current are they?

Any that are will be shown by a normal OBD tool (such as the one you used).

The ETM ones can be and usually are many years out of date. Pity they exist.

No offence but the pics posted just look like aimless messing around. What were they intended to prove or show?

Yes can you get the codes read at Autozone?
Not sure what to make of all those Snap-On scanner shots?

After you get them read have them erase everything so we can see what codes come back before you start doing anything. Always want to see the codes repeat so we are sure they are real.

Check your battery voltage it should be 12.6 volts anything lower and you can get codes for none existent faults
