What mean the error 9246, please help s-type 2004

If from the dash (cluster) they are meaningless. Ignore. Use a proper scan tool.

You haven't bothered to put in your car details but if it's X years old then the codes are also up to X years old. They never self-clear in most modules (the PCM with OBD codes is an exception (by law) but those codes are not from the PCM).

Yes. Clear the codes and see what comes back. We also need your full car details as it does make a difference.

He puts the car into Engineering Test Mode. It is somewhat helpful but he needs to convert those two DTCs displayed from hex format to OBDII format....

It's not helpful. The codes are likely not current and instead many many years old. Use a proper scan tool.

I can't repeat this often enough: IGNORE THEM.

We hung it on 3 obd2 systems. but there was no error in the system

How many of the about 20 modules did they read?

Did you CLEAR those codes you posted about in the dash (cluster)?
