Default Fitting CATS shock absorbers

I have "standard" shock absorbers on my Year 2000 S type. Was thinking of replacing them with a set of s/hand CATS I have been offered. Is it feasible and if so, is there a lot of work involved with the "conversion" ? Thanks.

Not sure this can be done. Your S must have the wiring, module, etc. Let's see what others have to say.

You need to consider the control circuitry.

However, you can always run them in manual mode with a switch and relay.

I think the module uses the accelerometer (*) and other data to control each of the 4 individually so that would be 4 switches and 4 relays.

(*) they won't be fitted to your model

This may be more work than it's worth.

I don't believe CATS can be properly fitted into a Non-CATS fitted S Type. As the other forum members have already pointed out above - way too much involved with wiring, module, sensors, etc...
