Default How to remove interior trim squeaks and creaks?

Hi everyone, I wanted to know if anyone here has done anything to reduce interior creak noises? If I pull or push against a closed door there is definitely a good amount of creaking noise coming from what seems to be the door trim. It's also noticeable when driving over bumpy roads (the STR is not the most forgiving suspension).
I noticed a technical bulletin from Jaguar calling for application of an anti-friction gel called PEOX 612 Gel. It looks like that it is now called PEOX DF.
Any thoughts?

Sadly it is often a sign it's been taken apart by someone in the past and not put back properly. You may be able to figure out what they did by careful inspection / refitting.

Interesting stuff, had never heard of it before. Couldn't hurt.

I'd also suggest checking the fastener clips that secure the door panels. They should have a black rubber washer to help reduce squeaking. On my car, several of the washers had disintegrated. Here are the aftermarket replacements I picked up, which have worked fine on my '02:

Note the Jaguar part number C2S13494 if you'd prefer to search for OEM pieces instead.
