I need an idle air control valve for my 2006 Jaguar S-Type/R which has 60,000 miles on it. I can't seem to find one anywhere. Anyone know where I can get one? I can be reached at osmith4488@verizon.net

My engine light came on so my son checked and it stated the code for the air control valve.

 

He's got the wrong meaning! What was the actual code?

 

JagV8: Sorry it took so long to get back to you but, my son had reset the check engine light and he did'nt remember the code. Check engine light came back on and the code that showed is P050B,idle air control circuit high.
Any help would be appreciated. I contacted Jaguar service center near me and they could'nt find an idle air control valve so, they called Jaguar and the manufacturer could'nt find anything. They wanted me to send them pictures of the part which we did'nt have.
