What is the name and model numbers for the big computer the dealers plug into my Jag to program keys, reflash tcm, ecm etc?

 

There's more than one. The big ones are old and you may mean WDS. It's ancient.

The faster smaller current one is IDS/SDD. Many manuals etc on the site if you have time to kill reading.

Well to be blunt, yes I'm ready to buy it.

I am still waiting on the list of cables that can be included in the sale, Anthony...

Hi Bob, Cambro's WDS is on "standby" waiting on him.

I came across another WDS PTU via local craigslist and scooped it up.

The PTU battery was shot. The seller had no docking station to power it up. All I need to do is install the Jag 43 HDD in and I have an extra OBD2 cable for it already.

These PTU's are getting more and more difficult to find... and maintain, hence the extra HDD's I collected and have programmed ready to drop in.
