Has anyone had any issues with jaguarxp service? I placed an order over 3 weeks ago, and they said everything was in stock and had shipped a couple days later....well I still haven't received my package and every email I have sent has gone unanswered.

to clarify, not "every" email I sent went unanswered....i received replies before I made the order when I had questions about certain products, and another email was answered a day or 2 after the order when I asked if it was shipped (they said it was)......but nothing since then. Well I received a call last week and they said they were sorry for the delay and I should have it Monday (this past Mon). That came and went....finally received the order Wednesday.

 

I hate to come on to an anonymous board and knock anyone because who knows what went on - especially if its a small shop. If one person has some family issues, the business can be affected. Who knows -- I just don't want anyone thinking I am knocking XP on purpose. I just am reporting my experience.

Anyway, like I said, I finally got the order about a month after I placed it...there were no instructions with anything, a mixed bag of nuts, bolts, etc, zip ties (who the hell knows what they are for - the only thing I could think of is the installation of the lower mesh grille, which I hope isn't the case - might as well use duct tape haha). Anyway, as I said, i got the lower mesh grille (I have an 05 STR), clear side marker lights (even though I ordered smoke, but it doesnt matter at this point), aluminum pedals (no instruction for installation), performance intake (no instructions), and R license plate holder. After getting in touch with them again and letting them know I received a mixed bag of nuts, bolts, screws, and zip ties, they sent me installation instructions via email for the pedals and intake, but nothing yet for the lower mesh grille.......I really hope they don't tell me to install it with the plastic zip ties. Their website says the original grille must be in tact for proper installation, so I'm fearing they are gonna say "mount the chrome mesh grille against the stock grille and fasten it together with the plastic zip ties." .................I'll keep you posted

 

oh yeah I got the growler caps too with my order...

anyway, my order was 'simple' too meaning that all the items were in stock. i still have no idea why it took a month to get me items that were in stock, and why no instructions were included.
