I bought a jaguar s type 2000 v8 engine 4.0 liters with locked engine does not start can i fixed?? Or unlocked or i have to replaced a new engine?

Is it mechanically locked, seized? or electrically locked, won't start?

I tried already with the battery it is brand new. The last owner told me he drove the car and parked 4 or 5 years ago since then car been sitting when i bought the car i towedand took to the mechanic shop engine has metal oil and water mixed all together in the oil pan.

 

You need replaced engine - about $2,000+ from junkyard...

 

Be prepared for the added issues that will probably arise once you have an engine and you are able to drive around. It just coms with the territory...

 

The cost of repair will be close to if not more than what the car is worth, keep the car as a parts car and move on.
