Default manual gearbox and rear diff oil change

hello everybody

i want to change the oil from my manual gearbox and rear differential but i can't find reliable information about which kind of oil i have to buy...

could you help me ? i have a 2001 S-type V6 3.0 with 5 speed manual trans.

thx i have eventually found the information by gathering a few documents about the issue.

Manual gearbox: 75w90 / 75w80 API GL4 (1.25 to 1.5L needed, depending the year)
Rear axle : 75w140 without limited slip additive (1.4L)

i hope it will help the others people who will read this post.

For the rear diff, you simply need 3/8" ratchet - it fits right into the fill plug. You will also need something to pump out the old oil through the same hole as fill as there is no drain plug.

I use mity vac to pump out the old oil and hand pump to pump in new.
