Not exactly but I have fitted both to a STR .
You’re going to get some flack on here about your pod filter idea.
There really is no advantage sucking hot engine bay air into your intake.
though done correctly with a heat shield, you can get a slight advantage.
though a good panel K&N replacement that suits the factory airbox would be satisfactory.
and already has cold air .
and that is then still debatable as to whether that’s better than factory or not as well.
as the oil residue that this type of filter requires does emit onto the airflow meter with time.
so just a little bit more service work every service.
here’s a link here which includes my installation.

The 4.2 and 4.2 sc PCV are identical. So as far as plumbing goes , It’s the same As the STR .
have a look at the link I sent . It’s simply put in the pcv pipe . As shown

The concept is the same. The location is the same. And the plumbing is the same.
And can be pretty much be found to be the same on most makes and models of engine.

Before you spend time on this, have you checked your chain tensioners etc? (See the many threads.)

But did you check those tensioners??? Your engine will be destroyed if you have any of the old kinds.

I saw that. With a wrecked engine (see above) it's irrelevant.
