Have a good try using Search - better, use Advanced Search so you can choose just this forum - then do some reading and hope it IS the battery because you're not going to like the look of it being the EPB motor or module.

How long and how did you recharge it? What's its date code?

Yes actually i am afraid of EPB motor life ended because here in Dubai a second hand one cost over 300 dollars & no one is expert in it & the dealer is over costly. I,ll try as you said & hope i find out a solution. Thanks for your time

4 hours is not long, in case it is a bit flat such as from a drain you don't realise you have.

Just possibly a Mogoose JLR (fairly cheap) could reset / exercise the EPB but otherwise you might try powering the motor direct (disconnect module - on my car it's behind trim above battery - and the thick wires are for the motor; use a fairly hefty inline fuse I suggest).
