Default Rear Window Won't Go Up Unless Driver Door Wide Open

I am having a window problem with my 2006 Jaguar S Type 3.0. The problem started after I blew two fuses in the car using an electric jack off of the cigarette lighter. I replaced the fuses that blew, but now the rear passenger side window will not go up unless the driver door is wide open. It will go down. I tried the self calibration and it did not work. I was hoping there was some kind of an easy fix without bringing it to the dealership. I guess it could be the wires in the door since the window only goes up when the driver door is open. Any suggestions? Would it help if I disconnected the battery and then reconnected it? Would that possibly reset whatever might be going on? Like I said, it was never a problem until I blew the fuses in the car. I am not getting a check engine light so I don't think it is throwing codes. I do have a code reader so I could check and clear the codes if needed. Thanks.

Definitely an odd problem. My first thought was a problem with the wire bundle at the driver's door hinge area. The driver's switches override the individual switches at each door, so that makes me think of a problem there. But then that makes no sense with the blown fuses.

What fuses did you blow? Did you blow the same fuse twice? Or are you talking separate fuses?

When is the last time you had operated that window before the fuse problem? Any chance it had been this way for a while but you hadn't used that window?

I blew two separate fuses and replaced them both in the fuse box in the trunk. The window worked fine before the fuses blew and it worked fine for awhile after I replaced the fuses. I know this is going to sound completely crazy, but the rear passenger side window started to work properly again when I put down the center console that was not sitting properly. Once I closed the center console and slide the top to the front as far as it would go, the rear window started working again. I don't think the center console has any sensor in it or it might just be a weird coincidence, but the window is now working properly again. I will keep my fingers crossed that it continues to work properly. If you have any other ideas what might be causing it, please let me know. Thanks for your help.
