You should really look around and think about getting one from a private owner.
Like all S-Types, unless you know it's been fixed, buy a new $125 coolant overflow tank, new $90 DCCV, $40 lug nuts & lug wrench, get the updated alignment and back off the shifter bolts, apply locktite and tighten...This will prevent a ton of headaches down the road...
OP, way too much even if the thing hasn't been in an accident which you failed to specify, that price is STR (S type R, supercharged with tons of goodies) territory...
If you must have the warranty, determine if belts and coolant hoses are covered...They're more likely to go than the actual engine blowi9ng up...
I'd offer $10K, with the expectation of walking out empty handed but receiving a phone call a week later...
