Default rough idling! I need your opinion please

My 2003 S-Type is acting weird. It starts nice but once the engine is warm the rpm drops under 750,close to 500. I had the injectors cleaned a few months ago(2-3) and the fuel filter replaced last week when I took it for an oil change. Now the check engine light is on. I have to replace one of the turn signal lights too.
I didn't use the car much at allin the last 2 months,I drove it maybe 100 miles,it's not my daily driver and since with the problem I didn't take it out from the garage.
I think it's acting like this because I didn't have time for it lately...work..I moved in a new home(that's why I didn't log in the forum for a while)
Thank you in advance

Well, todayI changed the turn light bulb and I started the car.when the key is in ignition position I hear a clicking noise and when I turn off the engine is the same and there's a noise for 2 seconds like you would pour some fluid. And the car has only 33700 miles on it and it wasn't used lately but has the maintenance done. Ken I really hope is misfiring because of some stupid codes. I'll take it to the dealer as soon as I can.
If someone fromOswego-Naperville-Montgomery-Aurora(Illinois) area can recommend me a good Jag technician it would be great!
Thank you

Ever think of bad gas? I had bad gas in the x and that was 2 weeks ago now. The last time I filled her up was over a month ago but I went into limp home mode abruptly and the car wouldn't go past 1500rpms and I looked like a fool not being able to exceed 5 mph. I was trying to get to the gas station a football throw in front of me and I went through the light from stopped at a red to green and still didn't get through the light in time! I ran a freaking red light! I put some fresh 93 octane in and she went back to normal...

I use AC imports in Palatine if you are looking for a good dealer. They have always been very honest with me and have fixed many things that my other dealer couldn't even find!

I'm thinking about bad gas too because I don't remember when was the last time when I've filled her up...but still, before I turn the engine on is making those weird noises.
Badmojo I have to see how far is that shop, the dealership in Naperville is the closest but I don't know how good are they.I'm dissapointed with Howard Orloff regarding their detailing job.
Thank you guys! I'll take it to the doctor one of these days but my job is taking most of my time..
