Default Rough running

Hello everyone,
My 2000 s type with 90,000 miles on the clock runs very rough. The most baffling thing is that there are no DTCs showing up. The problem seems to be only with the Left Hand Bank of the engine. I have changed the plugs, coils and checked if there are any air leaks; there seems to be non. I have tried to see if it is a cold weather thing, but it isn't. It starts of in the mornings idling as rough as ever, progressively getting worse as the engine warms. Driving, as soon as she selects the 5th gear the car starts shaking giving a rough drive.
Help please!

We need a lot more to help!

Have the tensioners been changed? If not stop right here!

+1 on tensioners - if tensioners were changed out then check all of the fuel injector electrical connections. (ensure they are tight and secured to the injector) - to add, who changed the coils? Were the coils only changed on the left side of the engine or all?

As pointed out - more detailed information is required.

Thank you all.
Car is 2000 s type with 90,000 miles.
The coils and plugs were changed for the Left bank. Removed the intake manifold and checked all the injectors and their connections; all are tight.

A 3.0 ... not tensioners, they're the 4.0

It'll be a hose causing an air leak, try Search on
elbow
hose
air leak

All the details with part #s in there.

Thank you Jag V8.
Its not an air leak.
The problem is only with Left Bank. With the engine running going behind to the exhaust, only the Right Bank is giving out hot fumes. The Left bank is barely showing signs of life. The Right bank exhaust outlet is dark gray/black while the Left bank is brown.

Blocked cat, bad O2 sensor, could still be an air leak. Do more diagnosis.

Maybe remove upstream O2 and use borescope & check gases.

Did you use OEM coils or aftermarket for replacements? Many will tell you - aftermarket coils are not the greatest...
