Default S type 3.0 v6 upstream HO2 sensors

Hi!
2003 3.0v6 s type (facelift engine bay and interior)
Do they have upstream wide band or zirconia lambda sensors?
if they are wide band, how does an obd2 scanner read them?

Thanks

The original (pre 2002MY) 3.0 did not use wideband but the later & thus 2.5 do.

All but broken OBD tools should read them (even an elm327). Why do you ask?

The wideband sensors are current-sensed, not voltage-sensed.
