Default Fuse check

I pulled both fuses and both were okay.

What else would cause the shifter to not leave park and not let the car start? I’m sure they are related but have run completely out of ideas as to what would be the cause.

Thank you for checking the fuse. (Only batting .500 with fuses today...)
