Default S-type high rpm problem

Hello, i have an 2.7d s-type and recently i encountered a strange problem. If i keep the rpm higher than arround 3000 for a few minutes(no matter what gear) the car enters in Restricted Performance + DSC Fault + Brake Fault and it stops reving.
After i turn off the engine and wait a few secconds for all the errors to go away, everything returns to normal.
Any clue to what coud cause this? I have no errors.

Interesting symptoms. Those faults are often seen together when the battery is marginal and prestart voltage is below a certain threshold. For whatever reason, that causes those messages to appear.

Kind of a stretch, but I wonder if your electrical system is acting up at high RPM. A slipping drive belt, perhaps? Or maybe the alternator output is going high and those persnickety modules don't like that, either. Even if it's a longshot, it would be easy to rule out. Pick up an inexpensive voltmeter, the kind that plugs into your cigarette lighter. Go for a test drive, duplicate the fault conditions, and see what happens.

I have cheked, battery is good. Untill now, the only problem i could find is that the alternator charges with 14.9-15.3V .....rarely stayes at 13.7V. And i can'y figure out why?

Smart charger - for lead acid batteries only.

Suspect your battery - how did you test it? Hint: many people do not do it right.

Not a proper test. Do a hefty load test.
