Wow I feel so sorry for that DUB edition. How could someone treat such a rare car as the DUB edition that badly. He could of at least washed it before taking pictures. I almost want to visit the car and shoot it just because its probably wanting to be put out of its misery.

I thought that was a black car but close up pics shows it's grr= grrr I hate this old keyboard lol (I left it unedited so that you can see to== drastic difference between a new modren (modern) 18.4 vs old fashioned keyboard w/o numeric pad .)
It's green but the wheels are not my cup of tea

Wow! Two different extremes there...

The 03: What a POS... First off, a DUB edition would have DUB wheels... That has Avarus brand wheels . Those are actually pretty nice wheels sold by Tire Rack. It is a cast wheel but has a nice quality finish. Now the interior is about to be trashed since the sun roof is way off track. Love the spare... Does it come with a tire machine?? Notice both front wheel liners coming off? Missing fog light trim? Poor car is beat and needs some serious help. Interesting that it has standard wood trim instead of the grey wood.

The 07: I agree on the color! That is very rare for an R. Interesting thing is Frost Blue replaced Zircon Blue, I think. Really need to look at some 07 literature. The seller may just have miss-named the color. Frost Blue was brought out on the XF in 2011. Before that the light blue was called Azure Blue. The more I ponder it, that car is probably Zircon. No matter, it is still a really nice car. Another interesting thing.... Supposedly all the S Type's got the piped seats in 07 (recall Nalley's sale on rear video systems?) yet this one doesn't... Yet it has the chrome stalk button. The interior color is a standard interior color...Dove. Dove was not available with the "premium interior". Only Charcoal, Ivory, and Champagne. Yet this car has the blond wood versus the grey wood.. I would love to see the build date. This looks like transition car between the 06 and 07 specs...

Oh...it looks so sad in the pics with the front facing camera. Like it's saying..."Please take these wheels off me". Where's the exhaust tips? Does she have an exhaust mod?

Rather than an inter-year build, I'd say this poor car was abused and cobbled.

Hey, The "DUB" edition beats homeboy Michaelangelo's latest creation:

Jaguar : S-Type | eBay

Complete with foreign taxi driver beaded seat covers! LOL!
And as a bonus, a manufacturer buyback title!

Take care,

George

Sad thing is... That white one looks less beat up than the so called DUB edition... BUT... Pretty white paint can hide a bunch....

I love the chrome wiper blades! And the stick on wood accent trim that doesn't match the actual trim!

If it helps, the 2007 (well, 12/2006) brochure lists touch-up paint colours as:
Adriatic Blue C2A 1051 JJM
British Racing Green C2S 1137 HGD
Ebony C2A 1051 PEC
Jaguar Racing Green C2A 1051 HGZ
Midnight C2A 1051 PEF
Pacific Blue C2S 1137 JHM
Platinum C2S 1137 MDZ
Quartz C2A 1051 LHK
Seafrost C2S 1137 MDV
Topaz C2S 1137 SEC
White Onyx C2S 1137 NEG
Zircon C2A 1051 JHV

The 2006.5 (may be 2007 in USA) S-Type colours are shown as:
Liquid Silver
Quartz
Slate
Zircon
Ultraviolet
Indigo
Midnight
Seafrost
Jaguar Racing Green
British Racing Green
Ebony
White Onyx
Radiance
Winter Gold

Thats what I thought.... The listing shows Frost Blue for the 07, but the real color is Zircon. Frost Blue is a modern Jaguar color so it may have been the only choice for the listing.... That still doesn't explain the non-piped seats and no chrome headreast posts, and chrome seat buttons....

JagV8... Do you know of a on-line source for the 2007 literature? Stupid little details like that drive me nuts......

The touchup stuff used to be at http://assets.cobaltnitra.com/teams/...PEbrochure.pdf but looks to have gone.

Probably in multiple other places. Brochure title "Vehicle Personalization Accessories"
I looked in the USA one dated 12/2006

I'm attaching it.

I think it also goes by name ebrochure_jaguar_s-type2007.pdf but not sure where I got it from.

The 2006.5 was JLM/37/02/21/06.5
at www.melbournecityjaguar.com.au/PDF/S-TYPE.pdf.pdf
(not a typo)
but also looks to have gone now.

The forum won't let me upload it but I don't know why the upload fails (no helpful error message, it just fails). It's only 2.2MB and I even tried renaming it.

Jeff,

Based on what my Jaguar dealer told me, Frost Blue is the same paint code as Zircon. I found that out by trying to find the paint code on a Frost Blue XK8 in the show room. I'm a bit biased since my S-Type is Zircon.

I noticed the 07 actually has two types of wood, the blond on the dash and console and grey on the doors. That could be indicative of a rebuild, ie, wreck.

Mike

That 07 is a real nice car... I'm in love with those wheels, i want them for mine so bad.

OMG THE DUB EDITION IS SO UGLY... those wheels are horrible and the car looks trashed.

Yeah, if you look close, the front underbody panel that they bolt to is gone also.
I'd bet that all of the underbody panels are missing.

As far as the wheels......extremely ugly.
Although I do like the polished lip. An OZ wheel like they put on the 2002 Lotus Esprit with a polished lip would look good.....
