Default Front Wheel Bearing & Hub Assembly for AWD

2017 XJL 3.0 AWD

Trying to track down a couple of front wheel hubs, as I've got a droning noise up front that is driving me while, but I'm having a heck of a time locating the part:

All the bearing and hub assemblies online all specifically state that they are only for the RWD models.

Does anyone know where I could source the correct wheel hub for the AWD drivetrain?

Thanks,

Eric

I had no luck sourcing an assembly. I bought 510082 bearings, pulled the hub assemblies off the car, and had a local shop press the old ones out and the new ones in.
The axle nuts are intended to be single use and are torqued to something like 300nm, I'd consider replacing them too.

Appreciate the advice.
Finally going to tackle it this weekend, now that I've armed myself with a puller.

Anything you would recommend watching out for along the way?

Eric

Out of curiosity what mileage do you have on your vehicle?

RockAuto has the part. It's listed for the rear, but the front ones are exactly the same. I bought one and will be getting it installed soon. Good luck trying to pull the hub off the axle! I couldn't do it and actually broke my tool, so now I'll be taking it to a garage to get it done. GSP 240002WHInfo

I don't think the front and rear hubs are interchangeable. The rear bearings are 510073 (C2D58913), the front are 510082 (T2H58441). They have different dimensions.
If you pull up Jaguar Parts, there is no part number listed for the AWD hub.

They look identical. I will let you know what happens, but the problem with mine is that two of the studs broke off. If the hub fits the front, I'm going to replace it. If not, I will just get the studs replaced. I will let you know if it fits it looks like it's the same part.

Since you have some broken wheel studs we did have a thread to find out exactly what wheel stud is needed. Turns out again a common Ford part is the exactly the same.

Thanks again to those who contributed to finding these numbers out!

Thanks I've already purchased the parts. I have both the individual studs and a complete wheel hub assembly, so I'll be replacing either just the studs or the entire hub.

I'll keep you posted on how it goes.
When you say that you couldn't get the hub off the axle, do you mean getting halfshaft out (first), or trying to pull the hub from the knuckle and halfshaft in one go?

I have a hub puller, but balked at getting the shaft removal tool.
If I can't get the shaft out I'll probably spring for the shaft removal tool, and am happy to run it up the road to you if it all works out. (I'm Burlington).

Did you get the hub and knuckle, or just the hub? If it's just the hub, I'd appreciate the part number. Ideally I would have just got the hub and pressed it in rather than also have to mess around with the bearings and the old hub.
