Flashing AFS Light:does Cee Jay's trick still works?
Soon after I bought in 2020 my 2011 Jaguar XK 5.0 Coupe, I experience up to now every 2-4 months (300-500 km's) an annoying flashing AFS light and I still can get rid of it using Cee Jay's trick by smacking the headlight and shutdown/restart the car several times. I am very curious if that still is the case for those who have or had the same experience with Cee Jay's trick? If the trick sooner or later didn't work anymore for them, what solved the problem and turned out to be the cause of the flashing AFS Light?
There is a ground on the right side on the chassis behind the shock absorber - this is a problem on the 2007-2009 models due to corrosion - not if the later models suffer from this though.
@McJag222 sounds like you may be alluding to a TSB. Was there one?
The stud problem causes issues with the left side headlight and the right side indicator on the fender panel.

A new TSB, on a 15 year old car? Thank god I'm not in the car business or I'd be bankrupt by now.
