Default Anyone brought products from DDMTuning?

I was shopping around for some HIDs for the X and saw this site that has some for a good price. anyone ever buy anything from DDMTuning.com and know if they are any good? They have kits for as low as $30. Thinking about picking up a H1 kit for the X and a H7 kit for a CBR600... not sure whether i should pull the trigger or go with a different brand. Any advice is appreciated. I have posted a link below. Thanks in advance.

Yes, they are good, BMW and Audi guys use them and I have a 35w 6k slim ballast kit from them on my X. Lifetime warranty, cant beat that.

The only problem I ran into is that the base of the bulb is thicker than the H1 halogen, so it requires a little bending of the metal clamp that holds the bulb onto the base. I actually dremel'd the bulb housing a little and made it so the 2 bumps on the headlight housing dont raise up the bulb any and it fits flush.

Im not sure if other kits are the same but I did a quick search and it seems like they are. Its tough to say because nobody ever takes install pictures, only the useless after pictures that cameras cant even show properly.

Also, I wouldn't go over 6k, street signs have a light blue hue to them with my kit, but its definitely bright. If they offered a 5500k kit that's the one I would buy. So try to choose either 5k or 6k.

Heres mine, although you cant really use pictures as reference since the exposure gets all messed up.

Anything over 6K is just useless , +1 on Wankel's post . Lightning performance seems very nice from the pics

No problem 04XTYPE, if you need me to snap any pictures of how I did mine I can, its a little tricky but you should be able to figure it out. You should be able to just put the right bends in the hold down clamps and be done with it, but its hard to bend with such a small space unless you take out your headlights completely.

Disco, no, 8k is not bright at all, 6k is a hint of blue, anything higher than 6k and its PURE blue which is seriously stupid looking if you ask me.

I used to be, I had 3 FC's, my most recent was a 90 Turbo II with 400rwhp. Motor blew up and I parted her out, I might buy a FD when I can afford it.

yeah, i really liket he look of the 8000k, but i would paint the surround plastic black, to give it a more sporty look. simalar idea, but i would keep the original lights, just add a bit more badass look to it

I ended up just clamping in one side and left the other side hanging. It was tight enuff that there was no play with the bulb and i doubt it will come loose. Going to try and install the kit on the bike today, got a feeling that it will be a lot harder to do then the X.
