Thanks to many users in this forum, and to dell-gailey in particular, for his post lead me to making this tool, and i wanted to share it.

If anyone has posted pictures of it before, then i must have missed them,.

 

the length of the pipe should be enough to raise above the battery, the metal bat is the same length, so when the plug is in the PVC pipe, the metal bar is out by about 8 mm, to insert it back, push on the metal handle while holding the pvc pipe in place.

The pvc pipe is a bit thick for the opening between the battery housing and the water pump driving pulley. I should make it thinner or find a thinner pipe,

However, It works without removing the battery,,,,
