Default Cluster problem NO Lights on 2 Needles - X-type

The needles for my fuel and temperature gauge in my cluster on my '03 Jaguar X-type don't have lights.

I'm trying to figure out the problem.... is this able to be fixed or do I have to replace the cluster?

My next question is if I replace the cluster can I use any cluster from 2002-2008?

You should be able to replace bulbs, but if they are lit up by LEDs, you may need to send your cluster out for rebuilding. If you just buy another cluster, it may need to be set to your vehicle code at the dealer. It keeps folks that have a hundred thousand miles, and very few recorded repairs from claiming their car has thirty thousand miles......tricky buggers.......be cool....Mike
