Dried grease on remote control button switches.
I tried brake cleaner, but buttons are still stuck.
Whole electronic part was covered with dried grease. I paid $16 to get one from ebay, hopefully it will work.
Who had luck to fix 4 switches?
$16 for whole key blank including remote. It would be probably cheaper to buy only electronic plate with switches, but they are not for sale on ebay. I guess at least 50% X owners have bad remotes.
