Default Drive shaft bolt?

Does anyone know if there's a bolt inside passenger side (LHD) drive shaft? Will take it apart soon but would like to know if I should look for a new one or I could just tighten it up again.

Mine has a quite weird problem, passenger side drive shaft inner end has a lot of play on that shaft that goes trough the transfer box. I thought it has long teeth inside but then it wouldn't be possible to have such huge amount of play.

Are you taking out the intermediate shaft and the outer shaft, or just the outer shaft. If taking out both, be aware that there is a spring clip on the inner end of the intermediate shaft which has the potential to tear an interior oil seal. Correct procedure is to remove the transfer box complete with intermediate shaft, remove the spring clip and then remove the shaft from the transfer box.

I know abou that clip but thanks anyway for mentioning it. If I have to remove the intermediate shaft then I will remove TC for sure but I would like to know if there is a bolt that fixes inner end casing to the intermediate shaft. If there is I will fix it soon, if not then I wouldn't waste my time looking inside the inner end and will look for a new shaft.

I would suspect that the shaft support you are describing would be a bearing in the case and not the shaft itself.

Shaft itself doesn't have any play but inner end casing has a lot of play on the shaft. I think I will take it apart this sunday to have a look inside.
