if there was a cheap and easy way to increase HP and MPG... don't you think Jaguar would have done it?

As the other guys pointed out, if these were as good as stated, don't you think Jag would have put these into the cars already?

As for the tornado piece (second one you listed), that is actually a part that would work if located in the correct spot. But, putting it upstream of the throttlebody kills all the effectiveness of the part (if anything, adds more restriction, therefore would reduce power). You would need to install a few of these (6 to be precise). You would need to install these at the inlet of the intake valves. That would then spin the air as it entered the cylinder, leading to better fuel mixing with the air, therefore more efficient burn. As for the computer plug in piece, it might work if you drive a particular way. But, odds are, you won't want to drive how that box would want you to. So, save your money. If you have to spend you money, there are other things that you can do to the motor to make it more efficient.

Let put put it to you this way. To get a 30-40 hp gain cost roughly 500 bucks. There is nothing out there that will do it cheaper.

Save your money.

If you're looking for some hp gains on the jag...expect to spend $$$$$$$
