Default Limp mode, no codes

2003 X type 3.0L. Original codes P1229, P0222, found faulty throttle pedal, installed new pedal assembly, cleared codes, set adaptations, started car. Idles about 1100 RPM's smoothly, LIMP MODE LIGHT ON. No codes, engine will accelerate slightly when throttle is depressed, but otherwise does not rev up. No codes on my scanner. Any ideas? Customer swapped throttle bodies and throttle pedal assemblies haphazardly, and had no clue on adaptations. Used Alldata to get one (actually 2) good throttle pedal assemblies, and one good throttle body.

Yeah, multiple threads are not really helpful.
