Default No amber light (mil), cruise control not available, car cuts at 3000rpm

hi everyone
my 2003 x-type 2.1 v6 petrol doesn't show any codes nor engine light (amber light) but it displays "cruise control not available" and it wont pass 3000rpm. At idle and from 0-3000rpm the acceleration is precise and smooth.

already did breather hose

I also would like to add that we tested the cruise control system itself at the jag dealer but it looked in good condition.

What might be happening is you have a Chassis (C) code and the reader you are using can only read P codes. Based on the Cruise Not Available message you see a good place to start is a bad wheel speed sesnor. That would show up as P1145, 55, 65 or 75 depending on which wheel it is associated with. Not the only possible cause, but a common one.

Good luck. Hope you get it sorted soon and please let everyone know what the cause turns out to be.

First of all thanks a lot @Alfadude for your help,
now that you say so, our last attempt was the abs.
In facts we noticed that unplugging the abs both problems seemed to disappear so
we drove for a week with the abs unplugged with apparent success(no "cruise control not available" message nor 3000rpm limit) so we bought and installed a sencond-hand abs, but unfortunately, both problems showed again now even with the abs unplugged. XO

that's why my next attempt is probably going to be reluctor rings and sensors

we going to keep everyone updated until the car is fixed

Could also be damaged wiring to the speed sensor(s). Most of the time that would solve the problem.
