Default No power to my cat.... NONE!! Please help!!!

Hi im new to the forum and seeking much needed help before i get in way to deep and over my head... The trouble im having is my jaguar is not getting any power when i go to start it im getting no crank no dash light just a little clicking and thats it.. The only light that im getting 2 or 3 lights on the dash... Please any help would be greatly appriciated.. Im dying to get my jag back on the road.. Thank you

Sounds like =
1. your battery cable(s) are not making good connection
2. Your battery cable(s) are shot
3. Your battery is toast

Batteries on these cars die immediately, not much if any warning

Thank you for the info ill check the cable, the connections, and the battery asap... I failed to mention that i did try to jump start my jag with no sucess... I hope with this information ill get my cat growling again... Thank you once again

take battery to any auto store for a free checkup
be aware it can take several hours

Remember to check both ends of the cables, not just the battery end.

As there's a click, there is power.

+1 on load test of battery

After that, if it's OK then dive in with a meter.

A couple months ago I left lights on and ran down the battery. I had to use the key to open the door (not enough power to the door lock for the key fob to work), and when trying to start it or jump it, I just got clicking.
Took a few minutes to notice the blinking red light to the left of the steering wheel near light switch - and realized the alarm was still "on." Closed all doors, set and disarmed the alarm, and it started right up.
