Ok Guys Ihave not forgotten you but have not had the time to start this project yet. How complete of a kit are you looking for?

1. Just the relay, wired
2. Relay,wired, in box
3. Relay, wired, in box, long wires to LED location
4. Relay, wired, in box, long wires to LED location, with RGB LED's
5. Relay, wired, in box, long wires to LED location, with RGB LED's, material to make the clear lens over the letters
6. Relay, wired, in box, long wires to LED location, with RGB LED's, material to make the clear lens over the letters, case of beer

The more you would want the longer it will take on my end, as I will need to do each step and test the products (beer).

Yes it is...only the BEST!

My dad's bar, in 1944, was right by Chippewa Park Ohio. Our Indians moved north west or were pushed that way..

I'm fond of the Guinness Nitro IPA these days. Need it ice cold here in AZ.

As for the custom plinth I would be happy to pay for either of the two options below!

4. Relay, wired, in box, long wires to LED location, with RGB LED's

5. Relay, wired, in box, long wires to LED location, with RGB LED's, material to make the clear lens over the letters

Have you glue a strip of plastic inside for weather protection?

I am working on a clear product to cast in place to keep the weather out. Still working on it. This is a bit of a bigger project.... then it keeps getting bigger!

I used play-dough behind the openings to seal them up, then used a syringe to slowly fill the letters from the front.

Very good idea. Did you have a larger area behind the letter or around the letter to hold them in?

No extra material, the resin bonds completely to the plinth and doesn't need a substrate.

I will do this after I have the engine tuning, but I will add another red led strip conect to the brake light so it will light up when you brake.

I thought about doing that but then I changed my mind and left it with sidelights as it looks much more effective at night, I used clear silicant sealant on the letters to keep the water out and waterproof leds just in case :-)

Looks good with a constant low red glow. I guess we can forget about the LEDs that change color for reverse (white), low red for driving, and bright red when hitting the brakes. That would take some electrical engineering, but, plain dim red on all the time displaying the JAGUAR letters is great. If we settle for that, the most difficult part is to cut out the letters and seal the cuts for moisture.

It doesn't need to be engineering degree for that; Just get three LED strips; One lower red for running light, one bright red for the brake, one white for reverse and connect them to where each suppose to go. I have not do it yet, just hope there's enough room for three strips, for sealing the letters; Spray some mold release agent on a piece of plastic, cover outside the plinth and secured it in place, then pour some casting resin in the inside, when it dry remove the plastic and clean the mold release from the plinth, the resin will bond and seal tight the letters.
