p/s headlight change..any tricks?
just had the bulb go on the p/s of the 02 left hand drive.
does anyone know any tricks to changing this without yanking off the bumper??
there really isnt must space in there, but i bet if my 5 yr old nephew knew how to hold toold he could get his hand in there.
im waiting on better pics of whats around that ares, but i think its the a/c thats in the way.

You can pop the clip off the cover with difficulty if your hands are not too big. But getting the clip back on afterward is probably impossible to do bare-handed. I have a stiff wire with a hook in the end that I use to pull the clip back up to the cover. It is a really bad design.
So no tricks to loosed something and gain a little more room.

I recommend taking off the engine cover. It gives your hands a bit more room. Still a bitch, but It can be done. Getting the clip back on is nearly impossible by hand, if you really care, try an angled screwdriver.
I even waited while they did it. Took it to Rosenthal Jaguar in Tysons Corner. Place where I bought my x.
600 BUCKS WTF ARE THEY DOING. You can buy a headlight for that much. If your paying 600 it better involve some playoff tickets and a dinner.
On eBay you can get 2 headlights shipped for $650!
