Pairing multiple Bluetooth phones?

Hello! I've had my 2006 X-Type 3.0 Luxury (Australian version) for a few months now and am loving it... But I need a way to pair multiple phones with the Bluetooth system. There are 3 people with 3 different phones driving the car, and each person has to manually pair their phone (the whole ##3#*# business) when they get in.
Is there a way to have all 3 phones 'paired' with the system? Or at least an easier way to switch between them without having to take the phone out of my pocket?
Perhaps there's a software upgrade for the X-Type which enables this? Or maybe some kind of intermediate device which can switch between the phones? Excuse my ignorance...

Easy question....no lol.
In order to pair 3 phones you will need 3 bluethooth modules and each one needs to be wired in...not an easy task....but it can be done at a cost....
None of my business, just curious why you would want 3 people paired at the same time??....

Sorry, perhaps I worded it wrongly... I don't necessarily need 3 phones "paired" as such. I just want an easier way to switch between phones. That's all. Just something easier than doing the whole ##3#*#, select 'Jaguar' on phone, type pass-code, connect...

I think you have to have the actual phone module installed in the trunk for the phone buttons on the radio to operate. I could be wrong, could anybody else help out with this????

Failing that, why not just get a kit and get it fiited?
I got a Nokia 6230i in my Saab c/w handsfree thru business. I got a duplicate set and got it fitted to the X all in for around £200 and it comes thru the radio no problems.
