Pecus stands for = "Programmable Electronics Controls Units System"

The suffix e means ECU

Most common causes are:
1. Failing or dead battery (low voltage)
2. Battery leads corrosion and not connecting properly (again low voltage)
3. Water intrusion into the ECU
4. ECU failure
