Fuse panels are under the steering wheel on the firewall (it is easier to get at if you pull the small compartment near your left knee), and under the hood on the driver side just in front of the radiator tank, along the fender.
The cruise gets its run signal from the same circuit, there is switch on the brake pedal mounting bracket.
I'm not home, but I'm sure someone will pop in with the fuse number shortly!

Ok I figured it out. after looking at the switch I knew right away what the problem was, It was just hanging by the wires. undamaged but just hanging in mid air. no screws on the floor no broken plastic. so i just put it back on, it has a twist fit.
I was like wow that was easy so i tried it out and nope still a no go. I went back down to find it felt lose and I cant see how to reattach it other then to add 2 screws witch i cant find. so its zip tied for now.
next problem is the pedal doesn't reach it by like 2-3 mm that seems weird like a small piece of rubber is missing like a foot to trigger the switch. so I'm using a piece of tape over lapped for now. I will have to order some parts I guess but as they work for now I can finely go get some groceries lol . Thanks for all the help and I hope this is helpful for someone in the future.
