Guys, I just noticed that when I turn my AC on, I get a clicking noise in the engine. I'm gonna get under the hood today to check it out, but I'm really annoyed. It stops when I turn the AC off.

 

Bigdreams, somethin might have fell into the vent. Its just gonna have to work its way out...

 

Are you sure its not the a/c turning on and off inside the engine bay. The ac always makes a small click noise when the pulley runs and the system turns on and off. Hey smidgy why didn't you accidentally flash the badge and piece? Dont' you have to carry 24/7?

 

Aquill, it is a small clicking noise and it's constant and the pace never changes. However, the second I turn the AC off, the noise goes away.

 

It only happens every say 5 seconds? If its like that every car has it, unless you already know this I'm just an idiot and I'm looking pretty dumb right now! My guess is that it is just your ac system turning on and off at the ac pump where the pulley is connected to it. Try looking for that? Otherwise I'm a retard and I'm talking to myself. Man I'm looking pretty sexy lately....oh wait I'm still posting and I'm not talking to myself! I need mental help...

 

Try 5 clicks per second. If not more! Why is it that we're all conceded when we come on here?
