Default u1262 can bus fault

Still an ongoing crank,no start, Have mongoose with IDS/SDD and after reprogramming keys
resetting immobilizer, new plugs, coils crank and cam sensor the only persistant error is the above u1262 code.
Just at a loss, what do I check now?
Look forward to your comments
Thanks
John

As an addition, from my research it seems that a can bus fault occurs when modules do not communicate with each other on the can bus network through whatever reason. Is that correct? As I have changed the ecu and a heap of sensors could that be the cause of u1262?
Has anyone had experience with reflashing modules with SDD/IDS?
Thanks in advance
John

U1262 – “SCP (J1850) Communication Bus Fault”, or sometimes as “SCP (J1850) Communication Bus Fault – Instrument Cluster” and is set when the PCM (Powertrain Control Module) detects a communication failure between itself and HEC (Hybrid Electronic Cluster). Note that “SCP” in this definition means “Serial Communications Protocol”, which is Ford’s interpretation of the SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) J1850 standard.

U1262 Description. This code indicates a communication issue (Bus+, Bus-) between the PATS/HEC/ICM and some other module. Do not perform PATS diagnostics if a no start is not reported or if theft indicator is not flashing rapidly at ignition RUN position. If the INDICATOR IS FLASHING, check to make sure the PCM is powered up and operating. If it’s not, continue with PCM diagnostics.

"As I have changed the ecu and a heap of sensors could that be the cause of u1262?" = YES
