Hi ladies and gents. Hope everybody is keeping well. I was happily driving home from my daughters last weekend when nearly home the orange plug light showed its face and the car went into limp mode, I was on the Mway doing around 75 not pushing it so decided as there was no traffic around me, to switch the engine / ignition off and coast then bump start back on again as I've a manual gearbox, effectively resetting the warning system. It fired up fine and drove for around another 3 miles then did the same again. I was getting off the Mway at that point so reset at the end of the slip rd this time. Everything has been fine since until I was setting off again and got to exactly the same place on the mway going in the other direction this time and the limp kicked in again. I pulled off and reset at the light and its been fine since. however I came home this time and plugged my reader into it. I got the codes U3600 and P00F6, this time also the warning ERG system failure. Id recently done some work around there when replacing the tensioner and pulleys etc and this has just started on the back of it. Im wondering if anybody has had similar problems as the thread by Seamorganuk seams to be a similar issue. Im considering trying to clean the inlet manifold and erg first before replacing.
