I can get a pretty good deal on a set of 2010 jaguar xf 18'' wheels with 245/45/18 tires. Will they bolt right onto my x-type? I don't want to have to use spacers or do any modifications to get them to fit.

oldpunk, they will bolt up to your car, but I think with as wide and tall as those tires are, I think you are going to have a rubbing issue. Probably fine for driving straight, but any sort of bump or turning of the wheel and you will get rubbing.

 

Yeah you probably will have rubbing issues with the 245/45/18s. I have 245/35/19s and I had to do a lot of render rolling/pounding to get them to fit without rubbing, although my car is lowered. 245/45/18s are around 26.7 inch in diameter and my 245/35/19s are around 25.8 so almost and inch shorter. You'd need like a 215 or 225/40/18 or so probably.
