Hi guys and girls I'm new to this site so a big hello to all. I've recently become the proud owner of a 2004 X type 2.5 petrol and I love it to bits. Just want to say a big thank you to all those that posted how to change the front arb bushes, I read them all. I replaced mine today and although a pig of a job it was well worth it. It took me about two hours from start to finish, no lowering of subframe and a 13mm swivel head ratchet spanner is a must! The bracket on the drivers side was a git to get on again but my way of thinking is if it came off it can go back on. If anyone is thinking of replacing theirs then look no further than the posts on this site. It's a realitavly easy job just awkward. Patience and perseverance is a must.
