X-type FM radio reception - seems worse
Hi, I have noticed lately that some stations that used to be clear are fuzzy. I dont know it the station is broadcasting at lower power or if my car is not as good at receiving the signal.
Is there any typical issue with X type radio reception? anything to check?

Not generally. Just a box that really doesn't do much. Normally a break somewhere in the antenna strips in windshield, but they share with heater grid. Thats why I ask if changes with switching heater on and off? Sometimes you will hear a difference. Sometimes not.

RE: X-type FM radio reception - seems worse
haha .. sometimes I wish. I live in London ON, a city of about 300k people. It is halfway between Toronto and Detroit.I end up driving to Toronto every couple of weeks. about 100 miles. We have a national radio station that is broadcast under a different frequencey about every 50 miles. I used to be able to switch between stations and never lose any reception, but now I have 5-10 mins of static between stations.
