I tried to enter the data manually but could not save it. I despair of finding the solution, I appeal to your efficiency. Other than this problem, everything is working fine. If I want to browse the net, I have to share my WiFi connection.

Have you double checked that you have screwed it into the 4g connector, if everything is correct there, ill find another solution for you ,also who is your sim carrier

I reassembled and rechecked everything. Unfortunately, there is no change.
I tested two different SIM card holders. I even inserted it into support n°1, nothing to do.
I have the impression that these are access rights that are not granted because my card works perfectly with a smartphone or a tablet.
I forgot to ask you for advice on the microphone which is not of great quality.

what year is your vehicle, my microphone works great on mine ,but i can look into the microphone circuit for to see if anything can be done ,also what version canbus do you have

When I consult the mobile data, my card appears well, whatever the medium, but I can't configure anything, I don't have the rights.
It is the same when I want to add a new network, the following mention appears: "the access point parameters are not available for this user".
The icing on the cake, my backup camera video stopped working. To try to solve the various problems (4G, video and microphone), I even reset the car radio.

I bought it on Aliexpress, the seller is AOTSR.
I have had very good contacts and exchanges so far

 

for the back up camera you have to one more time initialize the unit ,,do you have a pic with the sim card in the holder ,i just want to start from the beginning to see if we can resolve this ,also did you mention if you can get regular hotspot, also where do have the 4g Arial not the blue gps in the pic, the flat antenna in the corner
ill be removing the blue gps ,i don't need it anymore ,i use the oem one on the roof

I remain convinced that it is a problem of access rights which are not open but I do not know where to look.
