I finally got my unit today as well... all of the below was included.
Surprised to see that the trim plastics were actually hydro dipped to mimic wood... and button for the glove box was included with some trim removal tools as well :|.

Adapters to use the existing car's wires or something else!? What do I actually need to connect from this mess? lol

It had a video camera included as well, but is not in the pictures. Unless someone has like a DIY on how to wire it, I have no idea how to for now .
they have updated the unit ,what you ha there is the speaker for when you back up , a gps antenna ,a sim card slot for permeant internet ,when you get ready to install and run into any snags ,ill help but its simple plug and play, my 2015 is a little different

I've watched all your tesla screen vids. Nice work! I'm definitely leaning more toward this mod, I just wish the buttons they used were a little closer to the stock ones. Did you even figure out what the "dull" button does? I don't remember hearing you talk about it...

Dennis are the software updates to the XF and XK? I've looked into the software a little bit and it seems to include every car make ad model they make these screens for, not just Jaguar so thought I would ask. Also, do you know what software improvements they are addressing specifically?
me and sergey are looking in the firmware ,we finally cracked it ,its going to take some time reviewing of all the modules , we figured out the lexus like you see in my videos ,we can manipulate almost anything , but this one is new so ill keep you posted and a make our own firmware,e controller area network seems easy enough but testing modules may be a little tricky ,but we will figure it out ,.

Does anyone know where I can turn the automatic folding wing mirrors off? I've been through the settings and just can't find it and with the weather here starting to get cold don't want them sticking closed 😬

Like the vid too might look into that.
I've put gohst lights in the front doors and connected them to the courtesy lights but only after realised they only come on when you unlock the car, so now need to try and find a way to connect the courtesy lights to the footwell lights🤔

Unfortunately I have a problem with the canbus, the display on the meter is in Chinese. Despite several contacts with the seller, I cannot get a new one. Could you tell me where I can find one.
