2013 XF BCM Body Control Module
I'm having the same central locking issue after having my battery disconnected for over an hour to replace my lower pulley. Recently had it to the dealership, they showed me the Technical Bulletin that was posted above, and told me the part alone would be $2,300 USD. I emailed Customer Relations to complain, no response yet.
To the post about Autologic, I need to find a mechanic nearby with that software to take care of this for me. I've been manually locking all but the drivers' door, and not about to spend over $2,000 to have my doors operate normally.

Try disconnecting one of the battery cables and then touching it to the other battery cable for a few seconds. This would discharge all capacitors in the cars modules, it's called a hard reset. Then reconnect the battery and see what happens. If you Google car hard reset you can check this out.
The jag dealer will not be of big help, unless you want them to replace both (costly) modules.
There are different approaches however, onotole might be able to help you, but you will need sdd

I was able to reprogram a used module for my 2013, but that always requires at least one working module with the VIN still correctly stored.
