Default Creaking noise when turning into driveways etc

I feel like the forum jester with all these questions.. and I apologize it's either that or I'm just a perfectionist, but that I recently got it just trying to get everything right..

In addition to the horrible plasticy interior noise in my other thread I'm getting this odd creaking noise when turning into driveways and the like, a mechanic was in my car and heard said nothing to worry about but didn't elaborate on what it was .. sounds like suspension noise to me.. again just wondering if any of experienced similar and know what it is?

My 10 Premium also creaked going in and out of my driveway. This was caused from the sunroof and the seals against the roof panel. The cure was to use a 100% silicone spray after each car wash. Spray onto a rag and use the rag to wipe down the sunroof seals with a very light coat of silicone.

I also wiped down the door seals.

My 13 so far has not started the noise yet. But I am ready when it does.

In a large majority of cases, the creaking is coming from the sunroof seals. The funny thing is that from the driver's seat it absolutely does not sound like it is from there. You would swear it is the right rear suspension. If you get a chance to ride in the passenger seat however, it sounds like the left rear.

Yea it totally does not sound like the sunroof at all, sounds very much like the rear suspension.. I'll try pay closer attention today but it's hard to believe it can be from sun roof based on what I've heard lol..

Try to have someone stand next to the car when you pull in. If it's rear suspension, it will be easy to determine from the types of noises and the volume. If not, check sunroof.

At first was just happen when turning in/out of drive ways now seems to happen a little more often and sounds like goes from center to back both sides.. I'm going to main dealer Tuesday to try take care of this Valve body malarkey so hopefully they can figure that out too..

Creaking when turning is often related to the front strut tower mounts/bearings.
If coming from the rear it may also be where the rear spring seats.
Best I can do without being next to your car.

Are you sure it's not your neck?
